The most delicious young coconut cake! Teaspoon Bakery in Hong Kong

Chocolate cake

Young Coconut Cake

Bespoke Wedding Cake

 Thai Milk Tea Cake

I tried this wonderful cake service called Teapoon recently. The bakery was started by a couple of young designers from Thailand.Their creations are made to order and inspired by Thai minimal artistry and delicious flavours.

I ordered their best seller, young coconut cake which as absolutely heavenly... fresh young coconut custard sandwiched between a moist white cake which as then frosted with a not-too-sweet cream!

Although the medium cake is supposed to be enough for 5 to 6 persons, we could have easily finished off a large cake as it was so tasty and not overly rich or heavy.

I cant wait to try their Thai Milk Tea Cake next week.

Cakes start from HK$180 and pick up is on Hollywood Road, Sheung Wan or they can often deliver to Central offices. Please ask about this when ordering.
