Provide details of the job that you need done. For example if you need some moving, give them the address of pick up and delivery, specifics on the items including any photos and if the items can fit into the lift ( carrying up and down stairs costs around $50 hk per flight extra).

Wait for them to send back a quote and if you  agree then they will provide you with available date and time slots for the job. You will then get a confirmation with the contact details of the work team that you assist you.

 

To give you an idea of their rates, I had a 3 seater sofa from Midlevels to an office in Central for just HK$280.
