If you are free this Saturday, Dec 21st, 2013, check out one of my favorite butchers in Hong Kong. They are holding an open house with $30 turkey burgers and all you can drink mulled wine and eggnog shooters. The last time we attend one of their events, we easily found parking in a mall nearby.
Christmas Burger Day @ The Butchers Club this Saturday
It’s getting closer to Christmas and things are getting a little festive at The Butchers Club. This coming Saturday, we’ll be hosting a special Christmas Burger Day – a sublime Turkey Burger, served with Crispy Bacon, Tangy Cheddar Cheese, Sage & Pork Stuffing and Cranberry Aioli, all for only $30. And, to get you into the festive spirit, throughout the day we’ll also be offering FREE mulled wine, eggnog shooters and tours of our dry aging rooms. We look forward to seeing you all on Saturday for some good bites and to share a festive drink with you all!
What’s more, on Saturday ONLY, we have approximately thirty Dry Aged USDA Prime Ribs that we have prepared for a delicious alternative or complimentary Christmas roast.
Each piece is 3-4kg, and at just $450 per kg they are a bargain. The roast is pre-marinated and seasoned, and ready to pop in the oven or onto your BBQ. They are good for 6-10 people and come with an easy guide on how to cook them to perfection.
