Advertise in Soho, Hong Kong at reasonable rates! High traffic area

This is a great opportunity for businesses that targeting retail consumers!
A large billboard space has just come up in Soho along the mid levels escalator.  The space available is below the Cafe Siam billboard. Asking price is HK$6000 per month, with a minimum contact of 1 year.  Personally I think the asking price is quite reasonable for such a high traffic area, patronized by affluent professionals.

Rummaging for FREE household furnishings in Hong Kong

Space in Hong Kong homes are usually so scarce so there is little space to store away any unused furnishings, that many people are keen to just offer items to giveaway for free. But you must arrange pick up of the items yourself.  Hiring a dispatch van service is quite reasonable, although you would need to arrange the actual moving and lifting yourself as the driver usually doesn't help out in this area.
A van trip from Central to Wanchai should cost around HK$60 to 70. Its best to ask for a price quote when you ring up for the van.
