Our friends at Stretch Asia are
seeking volunteers to stretch therapy sessions with their trainee therapists. A session with one of their qualified
therapists would cost from HK$1000 to $1500, so this is a good opportunity to
get some stretch therapy at no charge.
Stretch
offers Active Isolated Stretching which is the most innovative and safest form
of therapeutic stretching and has proven to be particularly effective for
postural re-alignment and increasing flexibility. Many of our aches and pains are from our
bodies being unaligned. Don’t you notice that many of us have one shoulder
higher than the other one?
Anyone working long hours at a PC and
suffering from back or shoulder pain would benefit from this therapy
